Regular vibration treatment of molds reduces stress! It suppresses mold distortion and extends lifespan!

The surface of aluminum die-casting and casting molds undergoes heating (expansion) and cooling (contraction) with each production shot, resulting in accumulated stress and the occurrence of heat checks. In response, the "Vibro-Dyne" treatment regularly applies vibration to the mold approximately every half the number of shots to alleviate stress and extend the mold's lifespan. At the same time, by suppressing mold distortion, it is possible to maintain product accuracy.
